About Jobs4Recovery
Jobs4Recovery is a free service provided by the Business Civic Leadership Center and IBM, powered by our partner organization, Direct Employers Association.
BCLC and IBM first offered this service in the aftermath of hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005 to provide easy access to job opportunities in the affected communities. Now, Jobs4Recovery is deployed in communities across the United States that are grappling with the economic crisis and striving for economic recovery, as well as geographies that are severely affected by natural disasters.
BCLC and IBM are dedicated to promoting methods that will help communities return to "business as normal" after disruptive situations. Our goal with Jobs4Recovery is to help speed long-term economic recovery and community rebuilding.
Job listings on Jobs4Recovery are pulled from the extensive database at the Direct Employers Association and from information provided by dozens of local chambers of commerce. Job seekers may search for job information using keyword searches or by browsing listings within specific communities.
Employers and chambers with jobs to post should use this form to submit the listing.
